I just had to share how incredible our experience was with our roadside assistance service! Picture this: we're cruising along in a U-Haul truck when suddenly, bam, a tire blows out. Talk about stress! But these guys? They were on it like lightning! Super friendly and quick to the rescue, they had that tire swapped out in no time, turning a nerve-wracking situation into a breeze. Massive thanks to the whole team for saving the day! You rock!

So all I can say is I'm so glad that I found Maktech. Had an emergency with our Truck needed it back in 2 days and they got it done with fair pricing, good customer service & knowledgeable technicians. The ladies in the office, Bruce, the owner and the entire crew were amazing, we found another issue when we were picking our truck up they said they could fix it and got the part and it fixed in 1 day and in enough time to get our loads and get back on the road. To anyone needing a U Haul or other services they provide please go see them!! Excellent customer service and went above and beyond to assure our car was properly secured to dolly and all their staff checked on us and entertained us as we definitely kept them in stitches. You see there was a storm in area last night and their computers weren't all the way up and running but we're retired and weary from loading trailer so we patiently waited for them to do their thing and now we've restored our energy to make this 5 hour drive knowing we were just as kind to them as they were to us. How wonderful it is to enjoy the art of conversation and take the time to enjoy and share stories of family and good times. What a blessing we received this afternoon! I had a problem with my DPF system filter needed to be cleaned or replaced so it ended up being cleaned and the people at the shop from owner manager down to mechanics everyone was very knowledgeable and attentive and made sure that if you leave shop and things go wrong that they will make sure that you are taking care of and I'm speaking from experience I have a small problem with codes coming on once I left the shop so they sent a couple of guys out over 60 miles to come to check and not only check but to have me follow them back to the shop and on Saturday morning which they are not open the owner and manager came out and retested everything until they got me taken care of so I can only say by far these was the best I have ever been treated in 18 years of trucking as an owner operator and hopefully if anything else goes wrong major like this I can always make it back here because I drive over the road and it's a problem dealing with a lot of these companies but this particular one I would recommend to anyone great guys and I thank you guys for all that you did for me to make sure that I was taking care of once I get on the road I can feel comfortable that I won't break down from this same issue and thanks a lot and be blessed

I bought a school bus a year ago and brought it in to begin my personal routine maintenance, as I am converting it to a tiny home. We fixed a numerous amount of things (all of which were legit: oil change, filters, etc). And they informed me that it would be a good idea to do a coolant flush too, considering the coolant that was in it from the school district was for gasoline engines. I told them after I removed the back heater, I would. No need to buy extra coolant after all. I took it back the other day to get the coolant flush and slowly but surely I am replacing old, worn out parts. Every time I have come in, my experience has been nothing but top notch. They take their time, they explain what parts work with what and why they are important, and they teach me about my bus so I can give it the absolute best care. I stumbled upon this shop and I am so thankful I did. This is a mechanic you can trust.

Needed a radiator replacement and was pressed for time to deliver a Laredo load before the weekend. Thankfully the guys at Maktech were able to fit me in after the holiday when everyone else couldn't do anything till the following week. Their professionalism is great. They keep you well informed on any updates during the service. Time management is a huge plus especially in an area where most shops are closed on the weekends. The Technicians and the manager Toni are amazing at what they do. Overall it was great experience, and the prices are definitely reasonable.

Although the problem on our van seemed small, another technician could not fix it and it was not safe to operate transporting special needs adults. A Maktech technician came right out and fixed the problem very quickly for us! Great work!
